Motivational Strategies Used by English Language Teachers in Hazara Division Pakistan
A questionnaire was used to investigate use and frequency of use of 45 motivational strategies to collect data from 65 English language teachers serving in Hazara Pakistan. The gender.academic background and institution types were different variables. The data was interpreted statistically and it was concluded that all teachers showed agreement on the use but with different frequencies.

The study adopts Markus and Nurius's (1986) possible selves to explore how three refugee students portray their past-, present- and future-selves through drawings.
